كيفية حذف حسابك وبياناتك

نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونمنحك السيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك. لحذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة به من Facebook Sender، اتبع الخطوات التالية:

  1. أرسل طلباً عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى الدعم الفني (ceo@albalahy4u.com).
  2. تأكد من إرسال الطلب من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل لدينا.
  3. سيتم معالجة طلبك وحذف كافة البيانات (بما في ذلك سجلات الحملات والاتصال بفيسبوك) خلال 48 ساعة.
ملاحظة: بمجرد الحذف، لا يمكن استرجاع البيانات أو تفعيل الاشتراك مرة أخرى.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. To delete your account and all associated data from Facebook Sender, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a request via email to our technical support (ceo@albalahy4u.com).
  2. Ensure the request is sent from the email address registered with us.
  3. Your request will be processed, and all data (including campaign logs and Facebook connections) will be deleted within 48 hours.
Note: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered, and subscriptions cannot be reactivated.
